The word 'etsah is Hebrew for counsel from Zechariah 6:12-13. The meaning of this word is an agreement, plan and purpose that results in wholeness. As people in bondage to addiction or emotional despair understand thier relationship with Jesus Christ as their King and their Priest, His counsel can bring wholeness to a life, a family and a community that was torn to pieces.
